Sleigh Rally

The sleigh rally is a fund raising event held each Februray. The event offers folks a chance to jump onto a sleigh and imagine what it would have been like to ride to school in a sleigh or work delivering goods on a cold winter morning. The horsemen graciously volunteer their teams,sleighs and time in support the Windsor Historical Society. We also have a dog sled team that offers rides when conditions permit. The Blacksmith shop is open for people to watch blacksmiths working at their craft. There is place to get in out of the cold and buy a hot dog, coffee, or hot chocolate along with many other tasty things. You can catch a ride as many times as time allows for a small admission fee. Children 5 years old and younger are free. There is no additional charge for any other activities that may be available.
